Return & Exchange Policy 

Shoes may be returned in unworn condition (e.g. no scuffs or marks on the soles or uppers) within 7 days of you receiving the items.  We include a return shipping label in your box. Simply place the return label on your shipping box and drop it off at a UPS location. Please allow 10-14 business days for the order to reach our warehouse and another 5-7 days to process the return. Your account will be refunded minus the return shipping cost. 

We accept exchanges on unworn shoes within 7 days after receipt. Please send us an email at Info@lflsshoes.com, please allow us 10-14 business days to process the exchange. We will send back the exchanged item via Fedex ground shipping.
